We accept payments with major credit and debit cards. Payments can be made via Stripe or PayPal Express, both approved secure payment gateways. We do not see or store your credit card details at any point.
We accept also payments via bank transfer and store issued gift cards. If you want to pay with bank transfer please contact us by email email@example.com and we will send you further instructions.
Apologies! If an item is damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, address, order number and details of the fault including a photo if possible. Please inform us also if you require a refund or a replacement. If the item purchased is out of stock or no longer available then you will be offered store credit or a full refund.
If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your order you can return the products and receive back the price of the items returned. Please inform us within 14 days (according to the European Union E-commerce directive) from the date you received the order and before you proceed shipping back the products.
Please return the items unused and in the original packaging. Refunds can only be issued for items in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for paying all the costs related to the returning of the products.
Did my order go through?
A confirmation email is sent to your email once the order has been successfully placed. If you did not receive this email, then it is possible that your order was not placed correctly. If you are unsure, please email us to check if we have received it. Please remember to check that the confirmation email hasn’t been delivered to your spam.
What do you mean by pre-order?
A pre-order is an order placed for an item that is not in stock yet. We often open pre-orders for popular items that sell out quickly. This also guarantees an immediate dispatch when the product arrives in stock.
If you order consist of a pre-order item, the entire order will be processed and dispatched once the pre-order item is available, unless otherwise agreed.
I can't find the size I'm looking for!
Please get in touch by sending an email or by message on Instagram or Facebook. We keep a small stock but can usually order in specific sizes or even models if you ask!
Why does the order say 0% tax?
Small Nordics is a small business registered in Italy. At the moment the Italian tax system allows us to not have to pay VAT on goods we sell, which means the invoices and products are taxed at 0%. This has two consequences: first of all it means that Small Nordics pays VAT on all the products we buy and keep in stock, and can't deduct those taxes from our sales. To put it clearly: the taxes we pay are already included in the price of the product. It also means that for any order over the amount of €77,77 we have to add a €2 stamp tax.
